Welcome to the NJiN website!  It is our goal to make information on intergenerational programs readily available to all interested parties.  This is in line with our overall mission to encourage the development of programs and activities which bring children, youth, and older adults for service to their communities and to one another.  If you are involved in intergenerational activities or are interested in learning more about intergenerational opportunities, please consider this website as your personal resource. 

NJiN Goals

• To encourage programs and activities that bridge the generations, linking children, youth, and older adults in service to the community and to one another.
• To support efforts at the local and state levels on issues that address human needs through intergenerational programs.
• To increase public awareness on intergenerational programs through the sponsorship of conferences and workshops, and by publishing and disseminating current information.
